As the author states, "All the secrets of the known religion are no doubt in the Vatican and are known to different families and orders." This book will uncover the subject of Knighthood, Saints, genealogy of the ancient Israelite Priests and biblical figures while giving a comprehensive look at the nine most worthy warriors of times past from three eras: the Christian era, the Hebrew (Biblical) era and from three other cultures-Roman, Greek and Macedonian. This unique work is a valuable and highly informative read if one views history and genealogy, knighthood and sainthood in the right light, holding to the perception that these subjects play a very important part in our world, our history and our religions.

Which God, Which Truth, Which Religion ... They Can't All Be Right

Why Everyone's Belief About God Cannot Be True

Many sincere and good people, who have varying beliefs about God, have the right to believe whatever they want. However, everyone's belief cannot be true when it comes to God's existence and identity. This is not uncaring or intolerant; it's simply, as we have just reviewed how truth works. If truth could contradict itself, a Christian and an Atheist would both be correct about God's existence and we know this is impossible.

Suppose you were a detective and six people showed up (an Atheist, Buddhist, Muslim, Mormon, Hindu and Christian) with different stories claiming to be the sole heir of a tremendous fortune. Could they all be telling the truth? No, you would immediately recognize the obvious problem, six people claiming to be the sole heir is a contradiction and could not possibly be true.

Therefore you would check out their stories and follow the evidence to uncover the truth. At some point their explanations would be contradictory to the facts in your investigation. Once you discover who the actual heir is, you would know for certain that the other five claims were false, no matter how close to the truth they appeared.

When it comes to God we have a similar situation. Many people have shown up and claim to know the truth about God. On the surface it may seem like most of them are headed in the same direction. But when we look closer, we see that they all contradict each other when it comes to the most important points, like salvation. Christianity is the sole belief that teaches salvation by God's grace, through faith alone. The others teach works (good deeds) and specific conditions as a necessity. Both can't be right.

Alan Moreton is the author of "The Book Traveller", the Classic Fiction Fantasy Adventures of Thomas Howard.

Thomas Howard believes he is about to retire to a life of ease but the mysterious Mr. Ridley sells him a chair called, "The Book Traveller", which takes him on an emotional roller-coaster journey through his favorite classic books and into the murky depths of his terrifying past. As his past unfolds his volatile relationship with the beautiful, charismatic but tormented Chinese/Hawaiian girl, Heather Lee reveals obsessions of drug addiction, adultery and crime, which eventually will lead to heartbreaking tragedy.

The travel back through time places Thomas in a position to view his past through the lens of each character whose persona he assumes, giving him a deeper understanding of himself and of the world around him.

About the Author:

Alan was born in Birmingham, England. He has lived in the South East, principally London and Essex. He lived in South Africa for five years in the late 1980's early 1990's. His major influences are classics of English literature and the writing style of W. Somerset Maugham, whose clear but penetrating style he tries to emulate. He is an eclectic writer of fiction including crime/mystery/thriller, classic fiction, historical and memoir.

Novels

Alan Moreton is the author of "The Book Traveller", the Classic Fiction adventures of Thomas Howard and "The Messenger", a further Classic Fiction adventure of Thomas Howard.

He is also the author of "At the World's End", a Historical novel set at the end of the Victorian era during the Boer War in South Africa and the suffragette Movement. His first published work is "The Confession of Sandy Harris", a Rev. Dr. Roger Ratcher Mystery. He is also the author of The Temptation of Anthony Stone, a further investigation of the Rev. Dr. Roger Ratcher.
